This role is open to all experience levels and would suit someone who is mechanically minded, and enthusiastic about cars, trucks, machines and everything in between.Come join us as Asset Inspector performing required inspections and providing asset valuation reports for clients; or as experienced Valuer, undertaking all necessary tasks to deliver valuation reports for a wide variety of assets, from scope confirmation and quoting through to report completion.You will be joining a strong National Valuations practice led by the General Manager Valuations and our Director, who both strive to support, engage, challenge and develop the team.Key responsibilities of this permanent, full-time role (Mon-Fri) include:Asset inspectionsFormulation of valuation reports (training provided where needed)Liaise with clients and contractorsMaintain existing client relationshipsDevelop new client relationshipsAdhering to the industry body requirements, rules of practice, codes of ethics, policies and objectivesTravel for work will be requiredABOUT YOUKnowledge, passion and/or interest in trucks, machinery, cars and plantDesired: completed an accredited API, AMEA, RICS, ASA course in Valuations or willingness to obtainDesired: previous vehicle, plant or machinery valuation/appraisal experienceGood personal presentationCan do 'Leave it with me' proactive approach to supporting the Valuations team and businessAbility to work autonomously and to deadlinesCurrent Driver's LicenseWHAT'S IN THE PACKAGEWe offer free onsite parking, flexible work arrangements, fully stocked pantry with weekly Friday team lunches, mentoring and development assistance, EAP service, superannuation salary sacrifice, novated lease and much more!APPLY NOW!If you think you would thrive in this role and would love an opportunity to work with us, feel invited to APPLY.
