Your organisational skills will shine as you help our team stay on track and achieve our goals.Key Responsibilities Include:Plan, package and issue electronic work packs ahead of time to enhance productivity, efficiency and ensuring field resources are utilised to their full capacity.Oversee incoming high-priority work and coordinate scheduling and dispatch of work file.Monitor field workload to ensure that routine inspections and assessment activities are performed on time and completion dates are met; adjusting as required.Assist with client reporting and perform end of month reporting to close out activities.Develop, implement and adhere to agreed work procedures and processes.About YouThe ideal candidate will bring scheduling experience, strong organisational skills, along with a passion for effective planning and execution.A high level of self-drive, teamwork and commitment to delivering results.Capability of building relationships with key internal customers across all levels of the business even when faced with challenging situations.Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience or knowledge of SAP or BlueWorx highly desirable.Our people are our energy source, and we offer meaningful benefits and rewards that work for you.
