We are committed to ensure that all our people feel respected and participate safely within a work environment without aggression, sexual harassment, discrimination and racism.Where you'll be working: Asset Services, Royal North Shore Hospital, NSLHDWhat you'll be doing: The Project Officer - Asset Register Development (ARD) will work with the Project Manager - ARD and the CAD Officer using Asset Facilities Management Online (AFMO) to collect and validate Northern Sydney Local Health District's asset information. Delivery of the ARD project will support the implementation of the State-wide asset register, AFMO, and allow NSLHD to make informed asset decisions. The role will require the incumbent to travel to various sites across the District and liaise with a range of stakeholders to gather and verify asset information.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.Minimum Requirements:A sound knowledge of, and experience with, building assets and infrastructure.Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible and adapt work to suit stakeholders.Demonstrated effective time management and organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.A full unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers licence.
