What you'll be doing To comply with NSW Health's asset management policy, Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) must commit to the use and implementation of AFMO as the District-wide asset database. For the successful roll out of AFMO, NSLHD's asset information must be captured and validated.
The Project Manager, Asset Information will lead the Asset Register Development Project team to collect and validate NSLHD's asset information to support the creation of a comprehensive District wide asset database.
The Project Manager, Asset Information will coordinate with stakeholders across the district to enable the collection of asset data. The Project Manager, Asset Information will be required to monitor and report on project delivery raising risks to successful completion as they are identified.

Experience leading a team to successfully deliver an outcome and demonstrated ability to work independentlyExperience with AFM Online and a sound knowledge and experience with building assets and infrastructureDemonstrated high level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders with proven negotiation and delegation skillsA full unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers licence.Need more information?
