Rich River Golf Club, on the picturesque Murray River, is seeking a highly experienced Asset Development & Project Manager to join our senior leadership team.
Located in Moama, NSW, just across from Echuca, we offer two championship golf courses, a 63-room motel, a renovated clubhouse, extensive food and beverage offerings, a function centre, indoor and outdoor gaming rooms, mini-golf course and a 51-allotment housing estate.
About the Role An ongoing, full-time opportunity for a seasoned project leader to drive key capital developments and make a lasting impact during a period of exciting growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will take charge of planning, executing, and delivering capital projects that enhance the Club's assets and facilities.
You will play a critical role in shaping the Club's future, delivering high-value projects, and working alongside key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and senior management.
What You Will Do · Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for capital development projects.
· Collaborate with project partners and team members to oversee design, approvals, and stakeholder engagement.
· Manage the tender process from documentation to negotiation and engagement.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Club objectives.
· Provide regular updates on project progress and costs to the CEO and Board of Directors.
· Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards and develop risk mitigation plans.
· Liaise with internal teams and staff to drive successful project outcomes.

· Extensive project management experience in asset development or similar fields.
· Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
· Strong commercial and business acumen, with a demonstrated track record in negotiation.
· Strategic thinking with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
· A hands-on, results-driven approach, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
· The ability to manage teams and timelines effectively, taking initiative to meet objectives.
