Supporting their national operations, this role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Base Criteria 5+ years' experience in Asset DataProven ability with Microsoft BI toolset –DAX, Power BIPower Apps and Dynamics 365 experience an advantage.Detailed analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong experience in user testing and project managementProven ability in stakeholder management and communicationStrong working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, data modelling, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards)Outline Duties Help design, document and maintain reporting solutionsIdentify sources of technical or reporting issues and make recommendations for solutions or improvementsUnderstand financial and operational datasets with an ability to define appropriate business rules to support analytical requirementsDevelop and maintain data models and data concepts.Manage and maintain master data, including development of solutions for identification and rectification of source system issues.Develop test cases, conduct testing, identify gaps and implement fault resolutionIdentify business trends and deliver analytical reports to assist with monitoring and management.Manage and maintain reporting solutionsEvaluating information harvested through direct feedback and workshopsUnderstand reporting tool functionality as a subject matter expert.Define business issues and primary objectives of new solutions.Work with stakeholders to optimize and enhance reporting solutions.Review impacted business processes; work with business stakeholders to identify and make process improvements that result in quality improvements, increased efficiencies, and shorter cycle times.Identify upstream data quality issues and work with business stakeholders to improve processes and data management practicesCommunicate key insights and findings to technology teams and the business to ensure that design decisions and business requirements are aligned.For further information, please contact members of our Building Services Engineering / Hard FM team running this role on T: (08) 6316 3200 Stuart McKenzie, Sector Lead Shannon Walsh, APAC Consultant
