Reporting to the Facilities Services Manager, you will support the scheduling of statutory inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair activity. You will administer the Computer Aided Facilities Management system to ensure that asset data is accurate, and our facilities services remain compliant to requirements.

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within facilities management or a similar environment Competence in handling asset data, updating records, supporting maintenance schedules, and preparing reports in alignment with organisational requirements Basic understanding of subcontractor coordination, with experience in maintaining documentation and ensuring adherence to service standards and contract requirements Skilled in preparing and formatting reports, recording meeting minutes, and distributing documentation to support clear communication and accountability across the facilities team Familiarity with asset management standards (e.g., PAS 1192, ISO 19650) and their application in a facilities context is desirable Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BESTway of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust) Essentials for working in Aged Care: A current Working With Children Check card / Vulnerable People card Current and ongoing flu vaccinations Australian working rights Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance Make a positive difference in your community – apply now!
