Utilising strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will form an integral part of this role.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing/actioning maintenance requests from SharePointLiaise with external providers/contractors to perform tasks as requiredLiaise with Real Estate agents for works within rental propertiesPurchasing supplies/equipment required in our homesCommunicating with internal and external partiesAbout You:Excellent time management skillsAble to prioritise tasksAdapt quickly to a changing environmentExcellent customer service and negotiation skillsStrong sense of urgencyAble to think outside the boxStrong relationship building skillsKeen eye for detailCommitted to delivering a final outcomeStrong computer skillsCome Join Us!To join our high performing team, please click Apply Now to submit your application.
