Asset Coordinator - Creative Building Portfolio * Salary: $95,102-$107,905 (Plus Superannuation) * Fixed term role: until 31 October 2026 * Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) * Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street Melbourne (flexibility may be available) The Role This position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Creative Victoria's strategic plan for the management of its creative building portfolio, through sound asset management practices.
The responsibilities of the Asset Coordinator will include: * Supporting and driving the development and implementation of Creative Victoria's asset management policies, strategies, system and processes in relation to Creative Victoria's built asset portfolio * Assisting with management of the implementation of the Asset Management Accountability Framework, in order to improve Creative Victoria's asset maturity * Recommending and leading process improvements and efficiency opportunities across the asset management lifecycle The Team The position of Asset Coordinator forms a part of the Strategy and Delivery branch within Creative Victoria.

We invest in the ideas, talent, organisations, events and projects that make Victoria a creative state About You The successful candidate should ideally have the following skills and experience: * Analytical and conceptual: Deals with concepts and complexity comfortably or can identify when to escalate; uses analytical and conceptual skills to reason through issues; identifies and develops workable/appropriate solutions to problems/issues.

* Creativity and innovation: Thinks at the big picture level; entertaining wide-ranging possibilities in developing a vision; synthesises relevant information from a range of sources to identify new ideas and ways of doing things.
* Policy skills: Formulates and communicates policy options and recommendations; ability to research; keeps up to date with cultural agencies and a broad range of contemporary issues; understands the operation of Government and has experience with Ministerial and Cabinet briefing processes.
