Add expected salary to your profile for insightsMaas are currently seeking a motivated Asset and Warehouse Manager to join our high performing team based in Dubbo NSW.Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Asset and Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of asset, inventory, and warehousing.Primary objectives of the position:Identify opportunities to maximise asset utilisation and return on invested capitalAnalyse operational metrics from mobile assets to improve performance and maximise returnsSupport daily operations, including workshop optimisation, strategic partnerships, insurance claim management, and acquisitionsAssess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met, and be ready to handle unexpected situationsFleet planning and performance monitoringVolume planning and lifecycle managementUtilise problem-solving and solution-focused thinking to deliver successful outcomes for commercial opportunitiesBuild effective relationships with key stakeholders across the businessRespectfully challenge team members with a mindset of best practice and continuous improvementPerform day-to-day duties with a commercial mindsetManage all assets and their respective maintenance, repairs, and general upkeepCoordinate with multiple job sites requiring site facilities and their deliveriesOrganise collection, cleaning, maintenance, and safe storage of any site facilities that are returned or sent to sitesOrder stock for general usesUndertake minor works to keep items workingProvide early notification of key plant issues and possible resolutionsSkills and experience required:Minimum 5+ years qualified experience with a demonstrated understanding of fleet or commercial assetsStrong drive, energy, and passionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders across a businessProven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressureFlexible and adaptable approach to achieving outcomesComputer skills in Microsoft Suite and general computer use#J-18808-Ljbffr
