CBC Group has an exciting full-time opportunity available for an Asset & Contracts Administrator to join the Melbourne team.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial part in the asset management and administration for the fire and safety statutory requirements for Victorian Schools.
About the role:
The Asset Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the tracking, allocation, and maintenance of all fire assets, ensuring their optimal use and efficiency.
Duties will include:
Maintain and manage the CBC Fire Safety Asset registerUpdate the 'uptick system' with all asset informationReview and cross-check information relating to data provided by schoolsConduct inventory audits, manage stock levels of spare parts, and ensure timely replenishmentEnsure assets comply with safety regulations and industry standardsClean up raw data and upload into new format where requiredDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholdersAbout you:

You're detail-oriented and process-drivenYou have solid experience working as a contract or asset administratorYou are a highly resourceful team player, with the ability to work independently and use initiativeStrong administrative skills with high attention to detailExcellent computer skills: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite of products including MS Project, Outlook, Excel, and WordPrevious experience in the management of fire safety assets, or understanding of statutory requirements, is highly advantageousRequirements: National Police Check (or willing to obtain)Facilities Maintenance experience is desirableWWC (or willing to obtain)The role will require ad hoc travel when required for asset audit checks.
Travel allowance will be provided.
The scope of any travel will be from North West and North East of Melbourne.
