We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Asset & Fleet team as a logistics & administrative support. As an integral part of our department, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.
A snapshot of what you will be doing here: Collaborate with the asset department to support various tasks, including but not limited to:
· Creation of purchase orders in our ERP systems SAP.
· Transfer of assets in SAP.
· Data collection and updates.
· Follow-up on ongoing orders, including delivery acceptance, collection of asset data, and completion of delivery acceptance forms.
· Store documents in SharePoint.
· Manage shipments by preparing tags and labels.
· Upload documents in TCR SharePoint Library.
We are looking for an individual who: · Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
· Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office is necessary.
