We are a friendly and enthusiastic team who work collaboratively to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction and impeccable quality of works.The role:We are seeking a building professional to:Attend sites across southern NSW between Wollongong and Ulladulla across to the southern highlandsWork remotely with periodical visits to our Sydney officeReview engineers reports/scopes and provide an accurate estimate/timeline for repairsCarry out professional building insurance assessments, provide report, scope and estimateManage multiple projects at any given time ranging from $1000 to $500,000Liaise with loss adjusters and insurance contactsSchedule and manage tradesComplete all WHS required – including risk assessments and SWMSAttend emergency makesafe jobs and be a part of the AIB on-call rosterLearn, use and maintain workflow system (Experience with PRIME Ecosystem is an advantage)Candidate requirements:Relevant licenses and tertiary education - Cert IV Building & Construction / carpentry LicenseExtensive knowledge of WHS and the BCAAbility to access and provide roofing reports preferredWorking at heights preferredAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to build/maintain relationships with clients/insurers/brokersCustomer focused and professional attitudeAbility to handle pressureGood problem solving skills and proactive personalityFriendly and personable mannerStrong time management skills and ability to multitaskCompetent with Microsoft Office and OutlookCurrent driver's licensePlease forward your CV to ****** or via SEEK.
