Join our dynamic team as an Assessment Support Officer within the Capability Management Office, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the Nation. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with senior officers to provide essential administrative support, manage stakeholder communications, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. Candidates MUST be Australian Citizens, with a minimum Negative Vetting (NV1) or higher clearance.
Top 5 Key responsibilities include: Scheduling & Task Categoriation
Assist with the scheduling of the team activities and categorising tasks within the Program, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.Stakeholder Communication
Draft minutes, briefs, and other communications on behalf of the Team, and manage stakeholder engagement to keep all parties informed and aligned.Documentation Development
Create and refine draft Program briefing materials, including presentations, agendas, minutes, and committee documents, aligning with program goals.Capability Documentation & Program Alignment
Collaborate with Program development teams to draft operational concept documentation and ensure cohesive, well-aligned program knowledge and outcomes.Continuous Improvement & Program Governance
