Based in Ringwood or Shepperton, this is your chance to thrive with Australia's largest single provider.
In this pivotal role, you'll be working closely with employers and job seekers to ensure both parties are set up for success. You will conduct essential pre-commencement advice and provide early education information, ensuring that the right supports are in place for all parties involved.
Day to day you will provide exceptional customer service and be responsible for:
Facilitate delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready CheckFacilitate delivery of Employer Get Ready CheckLiaise with relevant internal and external support servicesContribute to increasing the commencement, retention and completion rate of Australian ApprenticesPlease note this is a fixed term contract until June 2025. About You You will be a positive, adaptable, and driven self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support. With experience in customer service, administration, recruitment or employment services you will bring your:
Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound callsAbility to analyse, interpret and follow guidelines and proceduresProven capacity to meet set targets and KPIsPassion for working collaboratively and consultatively with internal and external stakeholdersExperience influencing and negotiating within a complex and fast-changing environmentStrong attention to detail and proven accurate and efficient data entry skillsDemonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programsMEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse. The successful applicant will be required to undertake pre-employment checks which include a National Police Check, State/Territory Working with Children Check, reference checks, verify your right to work in Australia and confirmation of qualifications.
