This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of examination event services across JEM to ensure all stakeholder's desired outcomes and timelines are achieved to a high standard. It involves detailed management of venues, staff allocation, and data processing (candidate data management) related to exam events. The position acts as a crucial liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with service level agreements (SLA).
Duties and Responsibilities Work to be performed, tasks to complete and responsibilities of the role
Secure appropriate venues for exams and track related costs.Allocate and manage staff for exams.Conduct training for staff on their roles and responsibilities during exams.Professionally and promptly attend to enquiries via phone and email.Manage L1 support to candidates during live events where needed including training and rostering staff.Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks as directed by the Project and Event Delivery Manager.Flexibility with working hours which may include some evening and weekend event management ensuring end to end coverage of critical events and timely delivery of projects.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, teams, clients, and stakeholders.Excellent digital literacy skills to utilise a vast variety of software for the purposes of the role.Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs and requirements within a dynamic environmentPerformance Goals and Key Performance Indicators Ensure that all delivery of exams and processes adhere to customer, Janison and JEM policies and regulations.Maintain high satisfaction rates for Candidate experience for all exams.Respond to all phone and email enquires within a reasonable time.Maintain effective staff allocation and management for smooth exam events.About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant qualifications and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role. (desirable)Advanced skills and experience of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Access.High level verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.Excellent organisational skills with successful experience in meeting strict deadlines and handling multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to effectively interact with people from a range of backgrounds and levels.Ability to work as part of a team or independently and accept a high level of responsibility.Ability to deal with complex situations and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.Proficiency in utilising data to assess process effectiveness and make informed decisions.
