You will be based on site with two assessors, taking photos of cars and triaging them for assessment.What you'll doAs an Assessing Coordinator, you will work with assessors, tow providers, our repairer network and customers to ensure that claims progress smoothly through the assessment and repair process, supporting customers to get back on the road sooner.Key Responsibilities include:Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims are correctly pathed for assessment.Assist with assessing and towing related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers and providers.Coordinate any post assessment and repair activities for the customer.Work closely with towing provider partners to ensure SLAs are met.Identifying key areas for improvement based on the job experience.What you'll bringMotor Claims or Claims experience preferred.Passion for customers and delivering exceptional service.The ability to multi-task and have outstanding time management skills.Strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure.Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience to articulate complexity.Ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance.Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for, apply now!
