About the opportunity
The Manufacturing Assemblers report to the Factory Manager and are part of the Assembly manufacturing team. The key focus of this role is to safely assemble steel roof trusses, joists, and wall frames according to drafting plans. More specifically, you will:
Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans Assemble roof trusses, joists, and wall frames to a high quality and standard Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of production tasks Maintain a clean and organised work environment Abide by Work Health Safety (WHS) guidelines at all times Training is provided About you

Have an excellent work ethic, be honest, reliable, and punctual Be physically fit to perform manual handling tasks Have experience in the use of hand and power tools (training is provided) Have a general understanding of assembly work Be comfortable with high volume, repetitive work Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks Be able to work independently, as well as contribute as a team member Be available to work Monday – Friday and occasional Saturdays from 5:00am - 1:30pm Interested?
