Looking for a Asphalt Site Quality Assurance (QA) in Redbank PlainsWe are looking for an experienced onsite Asphalt Site Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Foreman and Supervisor with various onsite tasks including pre-starts, site measurements, truck allocation and management, and communication with the production plant, among others.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Completing daily onsite QA paperworkAssisting with pavement QA inspections and documentationSupporting the Site Foreman and Supervisor with ad hoc site QA needsAllocating, managing, and spotting trucks onsiteMonitoring plant equipment and documenting maintenance issuesQualifications/Requirements:A current and valid driver's licenseA construction induction card (White Card)Proficiency in using an iPad and other technologiesHigh attention to detailHR license would be idealExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skills and a willingness to assist othersAbility to pass a pre-employment drug testWillingness to work a significant number of night shiftsPlease note that comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical and mechanical aptitude, a year 12 level of math proficiency or equivalent, and a desire to pursue a long-term career in QA.Pay - $36-38hr Plus plenty of OT.
