Asphalt Production Manager Hobart

This role will see you providing leadership to ensure our new asphalt plant facility is running at maximum production whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.The Role ResponsibilitiesOversee Asphalt production activities and ensure all activities are operating efficiently.Support the project team on the plant construction and commissioning.Key customer liaison.Responsible for delivering a high level of safety and environmental performance.Monitor and control site processes to ensure product produced is within the site's quality parameters.Ensure site staff are appropriately trained, coached, and competent to achieve the site's objectives.Ensuring personal and group Safety Lead Indicator KPIs are met or exceeded.Ensure the long-term goals and business targets are met.Work with Management to drive operational systems, efficiencies, and compliance.About You10 years or more experience in an relevant field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
