We are a leading service provider with large contracts and ongoing work with Top Tier Blue Chip Companies in the Pilbara. Ready Resources are looking for quality Asphalt Fitters for an Ongoing Engagement. What is entailed:Work autonomously and part of a team to complete tasks.Ensuring mobile asphalt equipment and heavy vehicles comply with relevant safety standards.Combination of workshop and field-based tasks.Available for night time standby as required.Ensuring all relevant permits and safety paperwork is in place before commencement of tasks.Monitoring plant equipment for any defects.Undertake equipment assessments and reviews and develop improvement plans.What we are looking for:Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic or Heavy Diesel Mechanic.HR License - Essential.Strong written and verbal communications skills.High value and focus on safety.Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision.What's on Offer?Competitive remuneration.Employee based incentives and EAP.Exceptional industry safety track record and health promotion.Training and employee development.Employee Referral Bonuses.If you're ready to join us please click Apply now.
