About this opportunity Home Instead is seeking an enthusiastic Finance and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role based at our Ashmore office. This role is crucial for maintaining a relationship with external organisations, internal teams, and clients.
The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing Approved Service Provider (ASP's) onboarding, compliance management, annual reviews, and invoicing to ensure information is accurate and clear while promoting the Home Instead brand and culture.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Birthday Day OffWe believe an inclusive Team approach, embracing our people & culture is a key ingredient to the future success of Home Instead.Monthly Social EventsA rewarding career where you can make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families.Key Responsibilities: Manage the NetSuite Purchase Order module to ensure accurate and compliant data is being provisioned.Liaise with Approved Service Providers (ASPs) to ensure contracts are up to date.Create and provide purchase orders/referrals to Approved Service Providers (ASPs).Schedule client review visits for care managers.Complete all admin tasks required within the Client Experience team including diary management, preparing care consultation, and updating the CRM.About you: NetSuite experience will be highly beneficial.Have previous experience in a high-volume administration role.Have strong skills in communication, problem solving & time management.Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.We are a leading global brand.
