About the role:
The Salesforce Business Analyst reports to the Salesforce Product Manager. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work with staff, senior managers and executives of the department and will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a proven track record of implementing and optimising Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analysing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications and detailed user stories. The ideal candidate will understand Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.
Key Competencies:
To succeed in the role, you will have:
The ability to create detailed functional specifications and user stories.Demonstrated experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.Proven knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions and other Salesforce products.Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of data migration and integration tools and other CRM platforms and technologies.Remuneration:
Competitive salary $108,109 min to $116,864 max pa plus superannuation.
