About the role: Brand SA is responsible for protecting and strengthening the State Brand, ensuring it is grown as a key public asset. The team works with industry, community and government to grow use of the brand, shaping positive perception of South Australia and enhancing the state's appeal as a place to do business.
The Partnerships Lead is responsible for driving industry relationships and delivering partnerships programs that strengthen the recognition of Brand SA. The role actively engages with industry bodies, business and across government to drive awareness and use of the state brand, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate on marketing and engagement programs for mutual benefit.
Key Competencies: To apply and succeed in the role, you will:
Demonstrate high level communication skills, including confident presentation skills that deliver clear and audience appropriate information to small and large audiences. Demonstrate business acumen, planning and project management skills and the ability to identify and achieve objectives. Have highly developed interpersonal skills (including negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution) and a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships. Demonstrate the ability to research and analyse complex data and information and provide strategic and innovative solutions to complex challenges and problems. Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, under broad direction, to determine priorities, identify performance outcomes and ensure that the required standards of service and quality are met. Remuneration: Competitive salary $108,109 min to $116,864 max pa plus superannuation.
