The position provides a unique opportunity to work within the SA justice system by managing staff who work directly with the Judiciary of the District Court and the Environment, Resources and Development Court.The Manager Judicial Assistants will :Manage a team of passionate individuals who provide direct support to the Judges of the District Court and Commissioners of the Environment, Resources and Development Court.Deliver high quality leadership, to promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.Foster a collaborative environment to enhance stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement strategies.Apply strategic thinking to identify and contribute to the planning for the future needs of the Higher Courts.What we are looking for :Proven ability to lead and manage staff, whilst building positive team relationships.Strong stakeholder engagement skills.Personal maturity and resilience, with an awareness of the confronting nature of the work of the Court.Analytical thinking with confidence to make on-the-spot informed decisions.Special Conditions :Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993.
