The Governance Coordinatoris a role within the Office of the Chief Executive and isaccountable to the Governance Lead and Secretariat for thecoordination of meeting papers, briefings and ministerialresponses, whilst providing timely advice on the variousMinisterial, Chief Executive and Executive briefing processes thatare utilised across the SA Housing Authority.
The role isresponsible for implementing processes which ensure appropriategovernance of the Authority's Policy Framework as well asinitiating policy reviews and evaluation. The role also supportssenior officers by identifying improvements, initiating policydevelopments and the provision of advice with respect topolicy.
Furthermore,this role assists the organisation with secretarial support andminute taking of SA Housing Authority Executive meetings and otherrelevant committee meetings, including coordinating outcomes andactions.
SpecialConditions Successful applicantwill be required to satisfactorily complete a National PoliceClearance prior to being employed. RoleStatus
Short term contract up to 10 April2025.
