About The Role

The Office for Small and Family Business provides a conduit to access relevant government information, support services and tailored assistance in one place, to help business owners to stay informed, navigate challenges and make the most of available opportunities.

As the Business Support Coordinator in the team, you will be responsible for responding to general enquiries and providing the most up to date information to help South Australian businesses navigate grants, support programs and resources to help with successfully starting, running and growing their business.

You will also be required to provide administrative and project support to the team in developing, delivering and promoting business support tools, resources and support services.

Key Competencies

To apply and succeed in the role, you will have:

Experience in providing quality customer service in a high volume and high-pressure environment, including the ability to deal with complex enquiries and/or difficult conversations.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and achieve high-level performance outcomes within tight timeframes, often amidst competing priorities.Experience in preparation of high-quality information, correspondence, briefings, Cabinet documents, and other materials for Executive and Ministerial purposes.An understanding of the broader issues that affect business growth in South Australia.Knowledge of business programs and supports delivered by all levels of government and external parties.Remuneration

Competitive salary ($85,790 min - $95,413 max pa) plus superannuation
