6-month contract  State Government Agency  Adelaide Location  About the company Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an  ASO5/ASO6 Grants Officer .
This position is located in their busy  Adelaide  office for an initial 6-month contract.
About the Position   The ASO5/ASO6 Grants Officer will coordinate the day-to-day operations of one of the department's Grants Program.
This includes the promotion, assessment, and distribution of grants as per agency policy.
Duties Coordinate the day-to-day operations of GISA's Grants Program.
Promote, assess, and distribute grants as per agency policy.
Manage the application and acquittal process.
Ensure eligibility criteria are met.
Design and deliver detailed reports on grant outcomes.
Report on areas for improvement in the grant-making process.
Maintain accurate records throughout the entire grant process Requirements/Skills Recent contract and grant management experience across various projects within local, state, or Australian government (essential).
Attention to detail in managing grant programs and agreements, Experience with the EOFY variation process.
Enthusiasm for collaborative work in a high-performing team.
Proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage complex and competing timeframes Experience in reporting contract and project progress.
