The role manages all IT including information security, network management, database coordination, desktop hardware, mobile devices and is the primary point of contact for help-desk functions for staff across Sport and Water Safety.
The Senior Site and Communication Officer works in collaboration with the Department for Education Communication unit to develop a communication plan and manages School Sport digital platforms, creating and sharing information.
The role oversees the administration positions in the office determining workloads and reviewing procedures to ensure a productive workplace.QualificationsDesirable: A tertiary qualification in communication or related discipline or equivalent experience.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
