We do this by effectively curating, managing, and analysing data, providing advice and insight to support evidence-informed practices, and fostering a data literate culture. System Performance is responsible for providing data analytics and business intelligence services to the Department for Education and leads data governance.The Office of the Executive Director is responsible for providing centralized business management, administration services, and leadership to the System Performance division. It also provides direct executive support to the Executive Director, System Performance. Building and demonstrating a culture of exemplary service, efficiency, and lean process is a core competency for this team.The Executive Assistant is accountable for providing high-quality and timely executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, System Performance Division and limited executive support to Directors in the division. The Executive Assistant works closely with the Executive Director on day to day matters such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel management, and ensuring timely and appropriate responses are provided to urgent matters.The Executive Assistant also provides a professional and responsive central point of contact for the Executive Director, and the division as a whole. The position also works closely with the Business Manager for the System Performance division to ensure that effective administrative services are provided to the division across HR, Finance, and facilities management.Qualifications:Essential: NilDesirable: Relevant tertiary qualificationSpecial Conditions:The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
