About theRole: TheCoordinator will support the Office of the Executive Director bydeveloping, maintaining and undertaking a range of high leveladministrative support functions, including records management,correspondence tracking and undertaking minor projects.
Theposition is responsible for the coordination, monitoring and reviewof workflow requests to the office to ensure all requests arerecorded, prioritised and allocated for appropriateaction.

SpecialConditions: Thesuccessful applicant is required to gain a Department for HumanServices (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to beingemployed which is required to be renewed every five years beforeexpiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC(Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care)Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online(Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated everythree years.

Remuneration: ASO3$66,590 - $70,968 per annum (1.0 FTE), plussuperannuation
