About the Role: The Claims Account Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the provision of effective and efficient workers compensation accounts management for the Injury Management Unit, in accordance with department, government and unit policies & procedures and in accordance with the requirements of the Return-to-Work Act 2014. The Claims Account Supervisor will supervise the claim accounts team to ensure high levels of customer service and quality assurance processes, ensure that claims are entered accurately and conform to time requirements in accordance with injury management requirements, and work collaboratively across the IM Unit to ensure services, systems and processes are efficiently delivered.
Special Conditions: The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration: ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
