About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Allied Health team in the Children's Audiology Service as an Administration Officer. This role is part time (0.9 FTE) until 1 September 2025. Children's Audiology Service is the amalgamation of the Universal Neonatal Hearing Screening Program, the Hearing Assessment Service and Women's and Children's Hospital Audiology Department. Each program has its own designated administration position. This position is to work in the Hearing Assessment Service, which is based at 295 South Terrace, Adelaide. You may be required to work across all programs, including at the Women's and Children's Hospital, depending on service needs. The Administration Officer will be required to provide administration and reception support to the Children's Audiology Service departments in addition to supporting the administration needs of the Children's Audiology Service Manager. About You As the Administration Officer, you should be capable of: Working independently and as part of a team Communicating effectively with consumers, staff, external agencies and members of the public, both face-to-face and over the telephone demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills. Multi-tasking, setting priorities, working to deadlines and performing all duties effectively with a high level of accuracy. Demonstrating previous experience in a clerical/secretarial/data entry role using Sunrise (Electronic Medical Records) Demonstrating excellent Word processing and keyboard skills including use of Office programs
