Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of planned interface activities within a defined geographical zone, providing direction to other members of the interface management team to ensure consistent and effective interface management for the project. Manage the interfaces between the project and third parties, contributing to optimal development and program setup for successful procurement and delivery. Lead a collaborative approach and facilitate the development and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood by teams and addressed, with appropriate interventions developed and implemented. Contribute to the development of an Interface Management Plan, monitoring and coordinating implementation. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with project stakeholders, relevant technical services specialists, and industry partners to create thought leadership, resolve complex problems, or drive innovation. Become the "go-to" person for internal and external stakeholders regarding interface matters for that geographic region. Provide timely and strategic advice to the Director and project management on interface activities within the geographic region, including risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to facilitate executive decision-making and ensure alignment with overarching objectives. Maintain effective relationships with third parties to avoid disputes and commercial compensation claims. Produce and maintain appropriate, standardized documents and regular reporting to senior management and other stakeholders, reflecting key issues, resolutions, and performance to enable effective understanding of risks and impacts on the project. Provide advice related to the geographic region to contribute to the development of program schedules, budgets, and risk plans and reports as required to support project objectives. About You: Thorough understanding of the planning, procurement, and delivery phases of a project. Demonstrated knowledge of issues and risks that could impact the delivery of a project in relation to the management of key interfaces and stakeholders.
