Position: Civil Design Engineer | Contract Duration: 6 Months | Salary: $46.18 p/h incl. super ($41.61 p/h + super) | Location: Parramatta/WFH

Produce design deliverables in accordance with Australian, NSW Government standards and specifications. Work seamlessly with other engineering disciplines and project managers to obtain relevant information from clients and stakeholders and assess any constraints and design standards. Provide technical advice to engineers, consultants, and management using modern engineering design packages such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12d, and other related software. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative engineering outcomes for the Department and its clients. Assist the Digital Engineering Team to manage engineering cloud platforms. Contribute to the development and implementation of the Digital Engineering transformation, including the development of technical documentation, training of staff members, and management of Autodesk Construction Cloud platform. Perform 3D Design and estimation on Water Infrastructure Projects, Stormwater, Development Site Design, and Road Design. Assist with proposals preparation for a range of civil engineering projects. Design and calculate civil stormwater projects using Drains, InfoDrainage, MUSIC, Civil 3D, and 12d. About You Engineering Degree in Civil Design (or similar qualification) from an Australian University or approved by Engineers Australia. Demonstrated minimum 4 years' experience undertaking Civil Engineering design activities. Demonstrated minimum 4 years' experience of working with Cloud Collaboration platforms. Demonstrated ability to use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12d, or similar design software. Proven knowledge and experience of engineering design and construction standards for civil construction and government water infrastructure projects.
