Localización: Guadalajara, México.
Objetivo: Visitar a especialistas de la salud para promocionar y vender productos del portafolio de Estética, construyendo una relación duradera y a largo plazo con ellos.
Responsabilidades:

Colaborar con el Gerente de Ventas en el establecimiento y en la ejecución de la estrategia local con el fin de alcanzar las metas establecidas para la división.
Implementar y monitorear los planes requeridos para incrementar la eficiencia de la división.
Preparar reportes sobre los resultados de su función y explicar las desviaciones al Gerente de Ventas.
Proponer iniciativas al Gerente de Ventas para mejorar los resultados de la división, así como comunicar los requerimientos financieros y de personal para lograr los resultados esperados.
Visitar a especialistas de la salud para promocionar y vender productos del portafolio de Estética con base en las necesidades de los consumidores finales y resaltando las características y beneficios de los productos a ofertar.
Levantar pedidos, administrar las órdenes y pedidos pendientes para garantizar la experiencia del consumidor final.
Crear una fuerte relación profesional con los clientes para entender sus necesidades y potencial.

Perfil:
Formación Académica: Licenciatura terminada. Deseable en área médico-biólogicas.Experiencia Laboral: De 2 a 3 años en ventas. Preferente experiencia de 1 a 3 años en estética, dermatología y/o dispositivos médicos de alta especialidad.
