Support site teams with day-to-day administration, project scheduling, escorting and ad hoc tasking.Develop and maintain a sound understanding of, and compliance to, relevant legislative frameworks, policies, business and team requirements.
Be accountable for organising workflow, making decisions within defined parameters relating to area of responsibility and seeking guidance when required.
Provide administrative, governance and secretariat support as required, including with site-specific committees.
Build and sustain positive relationships with team members and actively participate in teamwork and group activities.
Undertake some research and analysis activities to support continuous improvement of Site management policies, processes and procedures.
ASD 5 Site Support OfficerCoordinate administrative and business support activities for site teams, identify risks and assist with determining appropriate course of action to meet stakeholder needs.
Support site teams with day-today administration, project scheduling, escorting and ad hoc tasking.Identify and interpret relevant legislative frameworks, policies, strategies, business and team requirements and apply these to the work area.
Be accountable for developing and implementing procedural, operational, corporate, administrative and business support documentation consistent with business requirements.
Provide administrative, governance and secretariat support as required, including with site-specific committees.
Work collaboratively, build and sustain effective relationships and provide constructive feedback and advice.
Take the initiative to progress and provide advice on complex procedural, operational and administrative activities and tasks that support the delivery of site outcomes.
Resolve problems and implement alternative courses of action.
