You will play a crucial role in driving the continuous improvement and enhancement of our payroll systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Workday, UKG (Kronos), and Dayforce.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the University's payroll systems landscape and contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for our people.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy payroll solutionsProviding ongoing system support, maintenance, and training for relevant modulesLeading the implementation of new capabilities, including planning, configuration, testing, and adoptionAssessing the impact of new releases, features, and functionalities on existing solutionsDeveloping and maintaining documentation for support activities and design changesContributing to the systems roadmap and identifying growth opportunitiesAssisting the payroll team in processing employee payrollYou may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced payroll systems professional with a passion for driving continuous improvement and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You may also: Possess a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experienceHave essential Ascender (Dayforce) experienceDemonstrate strong knowledge of payroll systems and industrial instrumentsPossess excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilitiesBe detail-oriented, with a focus on compliance and exceptional customer serviceThrive in a collaborative team environment while maintaining self-motivationUphold employee privacy and confidentiality standardsWhat we offer you!
