The HR Services Officer provides quality customer-focused HR services and advice to managers and staff in schools and directorates across a broad range of functional areas such as non-advertised recruitment, establishment, probation, payroll, leave, employee benefits, superannuation, salary packaging, terminations, and other employment areas.
Your outstanding client service skills combined with your excellent computer skills and ability to apply a wide range of policy, procedures, and legislation will ensure you deliver an exceptional experience and service to our staff and stakeholders.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have high analytical skills, outstanding client service skills, and the ability to apply a wide range of policy, procedures, and legislation. Current experience working in a Human Resources role and the ability to work collaboratively and independently while exercising judgment and initiative will be key to your success in this role.
