ASB OfficerMansfield, NottinghamshireFull time, Temporary Ongoing£20-25 HourlyDo you want to join a passionate team who are looking to improve estates?Our client, an organisation based in the East Midlands is looking for an experienced Housing professional to join their team and undertake vital work to improve the community, incorporating the best of your anti-social behaviour and tenancy knowledge.Duties of the ASB Officer role will include, but are not limited to:Providing advice and guidance to more junior members of the teamLeading on grade 1 ASB and high level safeguarding placesEstablishing efficient and effective strategies to prevent ASBAttending courtEnsuring compliance with terms of tenancy agreementsWorking with partnership agenciesConducting viewings and tenancy visitsDealing with general anti-social behaviourProgressing anti-social behaviour cases to resolutionCarrying out sign upsUndertaking regular estate inspectionsThe successful candidate will have:Experience working within the Housing Management/ASB SectorA full driving licence with access to a vehicle for business useIf you believe that you are well-suited to the role of ASB Officer, please apply.
