Your Impact
An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical to join our dynamic team based in Yatala, where you will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency by leading a team of skilled Maintenance Electricians.
You will coordinate, coach, and manage the maintenance teams to ensure maximum equipment availability in our production environment.

In this position, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.
Your technical expertise will ensure the development and execution of efficient maintenance plans while contributing to process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance plan execution, ensuring tools, spares, and SOPs are readily available and up to date.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and manage engineering administration.
Lead problem-solving sessions, identify potential issues, and facilitate solutions.
Foster strong team dynamics, implement performance management, and maintain open communication.
Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, implementing best practices for a safe work environment.
About You
You have experience managing maintenance teams in fast-paced environments, with excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders.
Additionally, you possess the following:
Expertise in high-speed packaging lines (beverage experience preferred).
Proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Familiarity with continuous improvement processes (GEM).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
Previous experience working with external contractors and overseeing their performance.
Experience with FMCG machinery and the ability to meet KPIs.
A-Grade Electrician Licence, or relevant Engineering and Maintenance Management qualifications.
Familiarity with manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
