Location: Northern Rivers - Alstonville and surrounds Status: Full Time 12 months Fixed Term Contract with possibility to extend further Your Opportunity: This newly created role will be the driving force behind Summerland Farm's and a wider Aruma-Business portfolio growth and innovation.
By expanding our tourism-focused service offerings and retail activities, this role is at the heart of transforming big ideas into impactful realities.

About You: Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, tourism, customer experience, or related fields are desirable.
Solid track record in product development, customer experience management, or similar roles within tourism or retail sectors.
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives and transitioning them seamlessly from concept to execution.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging diverse stakeholders and adapting communication styles to various audiences.
Skilled at using market insights and data to inform strategies and improve outcomes, with a particular focus on the Byron Bay and Gold Coast regions.
A results-driven, customer-focused leader with the ability to inspire teams, deliver innovative solutions, and achieve strategic goals.
