About the Role Working within a Shared Living environment, you will manage a team of Disability Support Workers and support people with disabilities, to enable access to a quality life with dignity, respect and social inclusion. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Skills, Experience & Certificates: Recognised experience and knowledge in the field of disability with high level competencies in areas of complex behaviour management or high/complex medical needs. Demonstrated experience leading a team. Knowledge of complex conditions that impact on disability and the capacity to remain up to date with related developments. An Advanced Diploma Disability Work or Community Sector Management or Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability) or equivalent. Current Full Victorian Driver's Licence. Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing. Willingness to provide an NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) Clearance. Experience in personal care and happy for this to be part of your job. The capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks. Ready to make a change?
