About the role: Two opportunities - Part time Permanent - 30 hours per week - hours negotiable
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Aruma is looking for two Employment Coaches to help individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals and unlock their full potential!
In this dynamic role, you'll be guiding, mentoring, and empowering individuals through both group and individual learning sessions. You'll tailor your approach to suit each person's unique learning style, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to succeed. From delivering practical and theory-based learning to managing documentation and reporting, your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will help us achieve meaningful outcomes together.

About You: Experience or interest in education or training within the disability industry, or other person related industry Demonstrated experience in supported individuals to learn new skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to negotiate and manage conflict, escalating where necessary Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships within the community and industry networks Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail Excellent computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs/systems, including demonstrated experience using Microsoft suite of programs Excellent time management and organisational skills Demonstrated solution focused thinking, including initiative in developing innovative approaches to content delivery Ability to travel when required across a regional area Be willing to travel as required across Aruma sites as well as support individuals in non-Aruma workplaces. Experience working in the disability sector Current Australian Driver's Licence (unrestricted) and willingness to use own vehicle (if required) with comprehensive insurance.
