Territory Sales Manager, Western Australia & South Australia Provide exceptional clinical support, with technical knowledge and patient centric behavior leading to higher levels of customer engagement Achieve revenue goals and increase market share for Artivion products Deliver customer training and in-service education regularly Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and run in-territory marketing activities which support sales and to allow the business to gain market share differentiating Artivion from its competitors Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and decision makers within territory and engage them through workshops, seminars, conferences and other activities. Develop in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers, focusing on both clinical and economic stakeholders to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential Maintain knowledge of competitor's products, activities and strategies in territory. Share competitive intelligence on a regular basis with sales and marketing leaders, and action strategies to counter Perform territory management tasks such as gaining product approval in hospitals or health system, manage inventory for cases and consignment and gain PO from hospital for used product Be a reference point for all customers and stakeholders in Western Australia and South Australia Comply with mandatory training and attend training programs as required, to maintain and develop the knowledge required to fulfill the role effectively Time split 50/50 between Cardiac Surgery and Vascular/ Endovascular portfolios Qualification Early-career professional with 2+ years of experience in medical device industry demonstrating strong ambition to grow the business and develop in a fast-paced environment. Endovascular/Cardiac surgery experience is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required.
