Each year the company presents upwards of 220 performances through its main
stage seasons in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth; along with public programs, special events,
an extensive regional tour, a Children's Ballet and Education programs and regular overseas tours.
Role Highlights
• 2-year Max Term Contract - moving into ongoing
• Full Time
• 37.5h per week
• Touring Role – up to 6 months per year
What you'll be doing:
• Provide high level administrative support to the Artistic Team, Artistic Director, and visiting creatives
• Lead the process to finalise casting for rehearsals and performances, and communicate this across the
organisation
• Monitor, approve, and collate overtime and other payments to dancers and creatives
• Work alongside Senior Artistic Coordinator to distribute performance and rehearsal information to the
company
• Manage online documentation and resources, including archival videos and other information
• Other duties as directed at role level
What experience you'll need:
• A knowledge of or background in the Arts, including an understanding of the processes that bring a
production to the stage
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a diplomatic style
• Superior attention to detail and document preparation skills, particularly Excel
• Confidence and maturity, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
