Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated AI Intern to join our team remotely for a 12-week internship, focusing on anomaly detection, data analysis, and machine learning. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in analyzing complex datasets, developing algorithms, and generating actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be available to commit 4-5 days per week for the duration of the internship and have a strong interest in leveraging AI techniques for business applications.

Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models to detect anomalies and identify patterns in large datasets.Work closely with data scientists to analyze and extract meaningful insights from business data.Contribute to the automation of data analysis workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.Participate in the research and development of novel approaches for real-time data analysis and predictive modeling.Assist in the testing, validation, and deployment of models to ensure their effectiveness in various business contexts. Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, particularly in the areas of anomaly detection, outlier detection, and unsupervised learning.Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) for interpreting and presenting insights.Solid understanding of statistical methods and probability theory as applied to data analysis.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members. Additional Requirements Availability to commit 4-5 days per week for the duration of the 12-week internship.This is an unpaid internship, offering valuable hands-on experience and mentorship.Strong preference for Australian citizens or permanent residents due to time zone alignment and legal eligibility. Preferred Qualifications Background or coursework in data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.Exposure to time series analysis or predictive analytics.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) or database management (SQL/NoSQL).
