Job Description As Art Manager with Gameloft, you will oversee a group of artists that create visually attractive and well-coordinated art assets for our cross-platform games. Working together with cross-functional teams, you will be essential in making sure our games meet the highest requirements for visual appeal and contributing to the success of our games. Mentor and guide team members, encouraging their professional growth and skill development Work closely with the Art Director to interpret and execute the artistic vision for our games Ensure consistency in visual styles across all art assets, maintaining the high-quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the fast-paced nature of games development Effectively manage and prioritise art tasks, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines Conduct regular reviews of art assets to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications Provide constructive feedback to artists to enhance the overall quality of work Foster clear communication channels between artists and other departments to ensure a cohesive artistic vision Present and articulate artistic concepts effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications Degree qualified or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in an art focused role within the gaming industry 2+ years experience in leading an art team within the gaming industry Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Blender, Zbrush,Substance Painteror equivalent Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in a fast-paced game development environment Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A strong portfolio showcasing game art and a variety of artistic styles and techniques Proven experience in developing and shipping successful game projects Relocation package Learning and development programs Private health insurance and fitness subsidies Relaxation space and massage chair Access to employee mental health assistance Additional leave including birthday, Christmas and women's health leave Free coffee from a commercial espresso machine, daily snacks and light breakfast Social Friday drinks with friendly game tournaments Spectacular roof-top terracewith river views and a game room Referral program with generousbonuses Awesome Gameloft-themed merch Studio Mascot - Mr Hendricks, our friendly Dachshund who protects our studio Additional Information We can't wait to find our next great talent!
