About the Role: To deliver innovative, customer-focused creative solutions for high-impact projects across digital, retail, and wholesale marketing channels for the Accent Group of brands. This role requires proactive leadership and a collaborative approach to ensure exceptional creative outcomes that align with business objectives, foster team alignment, and drive measurable results.
Your key responsibilities will include: Interpret briefs to create and execute original creative concepts across all channels and formats, including print, digital, mobile, TVCs, video content, branding, social media, and more.Ensure all creative outputs align with brand strategy, customer profiles, and business objectives, maintaining consistency in visual identity and tone of voice.Develop customer-focused creative solutions that engage audiences and address the marketing objectives and commercial challenges identified in the brief.Demonstrate an understanding of the broader marketing strategy and ensure creative work contributes to solving key business problems or seizing commercial opportunities.Proactively address and resolve challenges or queries related to creative deliverables, collaborating with appropriate teams and/or external stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on briefs, timelines, and expectations.Confidently present creative strategies, concepts, and final work to brand teams and management, articulating their relevance to business goals and brand positioning.Provide leadership, support, mentorship, and constructive feedback to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Encourage flexibility and openness to new ideas, promoting teamwork and collective problem-solving.Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance creative outputs while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and the effective balance between production and amplification investments.Contribute to graphic design responsibilities as needed, ensuring delivery of high-quality collateral across print, digital, and advertising channels.Stay at the forefront of design trends, technologies, and competitor activities, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity within the group.To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification, with at least 7 years' experience in creative and brand development, including leadership of complex, customer-facing projects.Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively to deliver exceptional creative outputs aligned with business and customer needs.Experience in a multidisciplinary environment, with a strong understanding of creative processes and operations within a busy creative agency or department.Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and confidently present cohesive creative strategies and concepts.Copywriting experience advantageous.At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
