The Role: Reporting to the Operations Supervisor , the purpose of the role is to be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities, frontline plant surveillance, failure intervention and minor maintenance/inspection activities for assigned facilities including gas compression, water treatment and power generation.
In addition, you will:
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment. Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders. Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued. Ensure safe on-site operations of gas compression, water treatment and power generation assets with the aim to maximise availability and production. Undertake minor planned maintenance and inspection activities as well as conduct first response asset failure intervention and troubleshooting activities. Follow all prescribed Permit to Work and safe isolation practices including holding the positions of Permit Holder and/or Permit Authority as required. Work flexible shift patterns as required to meet operational requirements e.g participate in night shift and on call rosters. About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
Relevant trade qualification in electrical and instrumentation or equivalent experience to demonstrate technical aptitude. Certificate III in Process Plant Operations and Gas Test Atmosphere MSMWHS217 or equivalent. Open driver's licence (Manual) and Current First Aid certificate. Light Vehicle Operations RIIVEH305 or PMASUP236. Forklift High Risk Work Licence (LF) is desirable. Conduct Telescopic Materials Handler Operations RIIHAN309F and Confined Space – MSMPER205 or RIIWHS202D is desirable. Certificate III in Water Operations is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
